The CCP Basic Coating Inspection Instrument Kit #1 is designed for
the painting contractor's foreman or lead man. The instruments contained
in this kit will provide that person, when properly trained, with the
minimum inspection instruments normally required for verifying ambient
conditions, surface temperatures, degree of cleanliness, anchor profile,
wet film thickness, and dry film thickness.
As the coating industry grows, technology
changes, and the cost of a coating program becomes a major investment. The
documentation requirements for each step of that program has also become
more stringent. CCP has assembled its Surface Preparation and Coating
Instrument Kit #1 to meet these more stringent requirements. The kit is
based on minimal inspection requirements. The kit can be modified to meet
your special requirements and price structure. |
