The
patent pending Saf-T-Grip™ fall prevention sleeve is an
important component of North’s Saf-T-Climb® Ladder Fall
Prevention System. The Saf-T-Grip™ Sleeve travels on straight or
curved climbs, and protects climbers in the event of a fall.
The sleeve has dual fall arrest capabilities.
A friction enhancing wheel provides constant contact with the
rail as the climber moves up and down the rail.
North Safety Products recommends that
each climber be equipped with a Saf-T-Climb® comfort fit full
body harness and a Saf-T-Grip™ sleeve, also that a spare full
body harness and Saf-T-Grip™ sleeve be available at each ladder
in case a rescue is required to be performed.
