Advanced Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
T-Mike ES™ by StressTel

High-speed scanning, display of differences with respect to a preset,
alarm feature, data send via RS-232 port.

The StressTel T-Mike ES is a compact, easy to use and rugged thickness gauge with advanced electronic ultrasonic technology. It offers the thickness gauge user many exceptional features:
  • The Alarm feature allows rapid scanning of a test area, and illuminates green or red LEDs to alert the operator when thickness measurements are above or below a set value.

  • The High-Speed Scan feature captures and displays the minimum thickness value measured while moving the transducer over the surface of the test piece.

  • The Difference function displays the positive or negative difference between the thickness measurement and preset value.

  • Data Send allows continuous or on-command transmission of thickness readings via the RS-232 port to a wide variety of portable data loggers or computers.

  • Automatic Probe Zero makes compensation for probe delay constants, probe temperature and probe wear, fast and accurately.

These features, combined with a sealed ergonomic metal case, quick change NiCad or Alkaline batteries, and unsurpassed accuracy, make StressTel's T-Mike ES unequalled in performance and value.
