EASY BOND Pin Brazing Unit

Portable and easy to transport, the battery-powered BAC Easy Bond Pin Brazing Unit is suitable for all types of minor pin brazing installation and maintenance work. It is intended for the occasional user who needs a simple, rugged and low cost machine. The unit is portable and easy to transport. The brazing process is controlled by means of the fuse wire on the brazing pin.

Battery charge capacity is approximately 15 brazes per electrical charge with the smallest type of brazing pin. Batteries can be charged during transportation between workplaces by means of a battery charger mounted in a vehicle. When alternating between charging and brazing, it is possible to increase effective battery capacity up to 5 times during a working day. The batteries are sealed to prevent acid spill.

Larger battery-powered pin brazing units are available for users requiring higher numbers of brazes on site.
