Pin Brazing Power & Control Unit, Model BB2 by BAC
The BAC BB2 Pin Brazing Power & Control Unit is a machine suitable for larger maintenance or installation jobs, yet can be carried by one person.
The BB2 unit is programmable via a switch on the control panel of the unit to allow for pin brazing under various conditions and materials. The BB2 pin brazing process is electronic, therefore no pin fuse wire is required.
Battery capacity is approximately 50 brazes with the smallest type of brazing pin. Brazing capacity can be increased by a battery charger mounted in a vehicle, the batteries being charged during transportation between workplaces. When alternating between charging and brazing, it is possible to increase the capacity by up to 5 times during a working day.
