Responsibilities:
 
60% - Permit Applications
  1. Find the correct application.
     
  2. Fill out application with scope of work.
     
  3. Check requests.
     
  4. Email or take in applications. Follow up with applications.
     
40% - Update Spreadsheets & Customers
  1. Maintain spreadsheets with accurate and update status of permit applications.
     
  2. Maintain constant communication with clients and construction department on permit status.
     
  3. Attend weekly and monthly meetings with clients.
     
Experience:
Should exhibit an ability to read and understand construction drawings. Have knowledge of permit applications. Be familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
 
Special requirements:
 
·         Clean driving record
·         Willing to travel to local Southern California city & county offices.
·         Strong writing and communication skills.
·         Ability to perform tasks within given schedules and deadlines.
·         Strong time management skills. Ability to multi-task.
·         Expert status for Smartsheet (or MS Project) preferred
 
Minimum Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent
