Warehouse Clerk and Manufacturing Assistant – Houston, TX

Job Description

SUMMARY: Entry level position to assist warehouse functions and manufacturing in a proficient manner. This position serves as support to the daily operation of the facilities and contributes to the success of the regional operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary function will be to support the logistical aspects of the Houston office warehouse operations. Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to work in a fast environment are a must. Ability to follow manufacturing procedures in a safe and reliable fashion. Shipping and receiving operations, operation of a forklift, conducting inventory counts and management, general warehouse organization and cleaning, and other warehouse functions as required.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS, AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Potential candidate will be expected to become knowledgeable of products.

Able to learn new and variable duties.

Must have excellent organizational skills.

Ability to conduct minor computer functions.

Forklift certification preferred.

Ability and willingness to ship and receive hazardous materials.

Must be a self-starter and manage time.
