    Farwest standard anode junction boxes provide a low-cost solution to consolidate multiple impressed current anode cables and a means for monitoring individual anode currents. Build to last, these junction boxes include a Hoffman powder coated steel enclosure, a Micarta insulating panel, copper buss bar, shunts (customer selected), and mechanical terminal lugs for cable attachment.


    Enclosure Construction

    • 16-gauge galvanized steel with top drip shield and seam-free sides, front and back.
    • 16-gauge galvanized steel continuous hinge with stainless steel hinge pin.
    • Cover fastened securely with captive plated steel screws.
    • Hasp provided for padlocking.
    • No gaskets or knockout provided.
    • NEMA 3R rated

    Enclosure Finish

    • ANSI 61 grey polyester powder finish inside and out over galvanized steel.


    Standard Enclosure Sizes

    • Farwest Size A:  10" H x 8" W x 6" D, 5 shunts maximum
    • Farwest Size B:  16" H x 12" W x 6" D, 18 shunts maximum
    • Farwest Size C:  20" H x 16" W x 6" D, 30 shunts maximum
  • Ordering Information

    • Indicate enclosure size required (Size A, B or C).
    • Indicated number and type of shunts required.
    • If necessary, indicate any custom requirements for the junction box, such as conduit knockouts.


    Notes

    Other non-standard enclosure materials are available upon request, including aluminum, 

    stainless steel, polycarbonate or fiberglass. Custom junction boxes can be fabricated to meetany field requirement. Please contact Farwest for assistance.
