ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform an inside sales function and communicate with customers regarding the ordering process, returns, special quotes, etc.
Communicate with customers regarding orders/returns; establishing terms, pricing, appropriate products for the application
Prep estimating quotes for engineering and construction
Process orders in the company information system
Serve as the key contact between the company and its customers
Assist Service and Accounting departments with their customer contacts as needed
Provide timely and accurate information for incoming customer order status
Product knowledge requests, processing customers' orders and providing timely feedback.

Professional personal presentation
Ability to work efficiently
Must be very organized and have the ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to type 35 words per minute minimum
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
3-4 years of office related administrative and clerical experience
3-4 years of computers and relevant software applications experience
3-4 years of office related customer service principles and practices experience
3-4 years of Microsoft Word and Excel
Leadership qualities and ability to delegate and manage time efficiently
