ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Back up front desk and switchboard duties
Heavy filing duties
Approve vendor invoices for purchase orders
Check and verify all GL codes, pricing and material
Call vendors for invoice copies when needed
Kitchen monitor
Check xerox & fax machine papers
Assist in other departments as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS
Exceptional communication and people skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Outlook
Self starter, energetic, and enthusiastic
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
Experience with general office duties and front office preferred
