Customer Service/Inside Sales – Hayward, CA office

Job requirements:

  • Communicate with customers regarding products, order status, technical issues, and any other needs as required by each customer.
  • Manager customer service inquiries on a timely basis and provide accurate information to customer regarding order status, etc.
  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Write technical product proposals per customer requests.
  • Develop good working relationship with customer, suppliers and teammates.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with clients to maintain good relationship
  • Process orders in the company information and accounting system.
  • Work closely with product suppliers and manufacturer representatives.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED as a minimum
  • 1-2 years of computers experience including relevant software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
