Customer Service/Inside Sales – Hayward, CA office
Job requirements:
Communicate with customers regarding products, order status, technical issues, and any other needs as required by each customer.
Manager customer service inquiries on a timely basis and provide accurate information to customer regarding order status, etc.
Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Write technical product proposals per customer requests.
Develop good working relationship with customer, suppliers and teammates.
Conduct follow-up communication with clients to maintain good relationship
Process orders in the company information and accounting system.
Work closely with product suppliers and manufacturer representatives.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED as a minimum
1-2 years of computers experience including relevant software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
1-2 years of customer service experience

Able to read and understand drawings and technical documents
