SUMMARY: The National Sales Leader is a new, powerful and important leadership role in our company. In this role, you will play a critical part in our efforts to drive overall business growth in a variety of industries across the country. You must be passionate about developing and implementing growth strategies as well as working with our business development and leadership teams to achieve overall business goals and strategies.
As the National Sales Leader, you will need to be an excellent communicator and leader in the company. It will be critical that you develop and maintain key relationships with our team and our customers. Your strengths will need to be in leadership, mentoring, sales process, and new business development. In addition, you must be motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated to current and future customers as well as the Farwest team.
In this role, you will report to the President, where you will be responsible for overall sales/business development effort for the company. This includes sales vision, business plan implementation, sales growth, sales team management and development, training, mentoring, and successful oversight of the entire sales operation.
