SUMMARY: The Regional Branch Manager reports to the President and the COO and is responsible for providing office management services to Farwest Corrosion Control Company. This includes maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records. Accountable for day-to-day operations of the branch by maintaining communication between employees and provides support, guidance, and training to staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. To perform this job successfully, the Regional Branch Manager may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed, and other duties as assigned.
Drive Sales, Profitability and Gross Margin Growth
Responsible to drive area sales through successful leadership, organizational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all operations strategies, consistently across all stores.
Know and manage the business by effectively using sales reports, assessing departmental results, and developing specific actions directly related to business development and growth, consistently.
Lead and direct the development of department level sales goals and action plans measurable results and timely and consistent execution.
Know our customers by interacting with the customer buying behaviors, and associate/customer experience.
Responsible to ensure that all employees are current and up to date with product knowledge, and product use through a commitment to formalized training and development within prescribed time lines and standards.
Accountable to ensure that trends of underperformance are formally addressed, with clear and documented performance improvement plans.
Strategic thinking, good marketing acumen, written and verbal communication skills, and customer relationship management
Customer Engagement and Business Development
Customer engagement must be a point of differentiation aimed at quality, ideas, acknowledgment and inspiration, which leads to an emotional and loyal brand/customer attachment.
Ensure that all associates greet, engage, demonstrate, and inspire customer flow towards an outstanding customer experience.
Set high expectations for excellent customer service and hold the management team accountable to the measurable results associated.
Identifying customer needs

Proven track record with developing new accounts and sales leads, developing existing relationships and target specific opportunities
Ability to meet revenue based targets
Develop sales presentations and provide detailed correspondence for customers
Ability to track projects for purpose of sale closure
Manage Inventory
Ensure that each employee is trained and compliant with all basic inventory management/movement/receiving processes. Consistently execute quality inventory practices with receiving, restocking, transfers, and managing inventory discrepancies.
Inspect and take action on out of stocks and negative part number reporting.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility in operations, with successful sales growth.
A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and key field operations metrics, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development history.
Demonstrated experience in successful rollout and implementation of area-wide presentation, sales, operating discipline, and communications initiatives.
Revenue and profit making orientation.
Proven background and experience associated with associate relations, asset protection, and legal compliance.
Outstanding leadership skills. Inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead team, train talent and effect change. Track record of building talent and able to balance the need of delivering a creative experience, and a profitable result.
Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of experience in sales and managing a workforce.
